Power Pilates is a completely safe method, implemented by physiotherapists. It is recommended for everyone whether you have a medical condition or not. It is also highly recommended during pregnancy and postpartum.

Our group classes have a small and limited number of students, so we can help each person individually and adapt the exercises depending on the case.

We also provide the option of private classes, at home, in a garden or in the studio. These classes can be individual or group classes. We take along all necessary equipment.

Given the situation of Pandemic COVID-19 that we are going through, we have the face-to-face group classes suspended.
